We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, on both the Website and the Application. We use it to understand how the Service is used in aggregate — which pages and screens get read, which searches lead somewhere, and which ticket links get followed — so that We can decide what to build and what to fix.
What Google receives about Your use of the Service includes:
Information Google Analytics collects on its own: the address and title of each page or screen You open, the address of the page that referred You, Your device and browser type, Your general geographic area as estimated from Your IP address, and how long and how actively You use the Service. Google Analytics assigns Your browser or app installation an identifier so it can recognize it on a later visit.
Events We report ourselves, describing what was done rather than who did it: a page or screen was viewed and what kind it was; an event, venue, performer or tag page was opened, identified by the same public identifier that appears in its web address; an event was liked or added to a calendar; a venue, performer or tag was followed; a search was run; a search result, ticket link, filter, date range, map or list was used; a question was put to Vegasful Intelligence; a sign-in or sign-out happened; and errors, which carry a short description written by Us and truncated.
If You are signed in, an account identifier, so that Your use of the Website and the Application can be recognized as one person's rather than two. This is an internal identifier. We never send Your email address, Your name, or any other information that identifies You by name to Google Analytics.
One note about searches. The events We report record only how long a search was, never the words in it. The search results page does carry what You typed in its web address, though, and Google Analytics records the addresses of the pages You open — so a search run on the Website reaches Google in that form. Searches made in the Application do not.
Google processes this information as described in Google's Privacy Policy, and Google provides a browser add-on that opts You out of Google Analytics on every site at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. That add-on stops Google Analytics on every site You visit, including this one. Most browsers can also be set to block or clear this site's cookies and stored data, which has the same effect here.
A copy of this analytics data is delivered daily into a Google Cloud account We control, so that We can answer questions about how the Service is used that Google Analytics' own reports cannot. It is the same information described above and no more; it is held in the same form, event by event, rather than only as totals; and it is read by Us alone.
We use Google Analytics to measure Our own Service, and for no other purpose. We do not sell Your personal information, We do not share it for advertising, and We do not show advertising on the Service. We do not provide Your information to data brokers or aggregators, in identifiable or aggregate form.

You may request that your personal data be completely removed from our systems. To do so, click here. Deleting Your account removes the data held against it.
