Extreme Thing lands at Desert Breeze Event Center for its 25th anniversary, marking a return after ten years away from the Las Vegas festival circuit. The one-day event spreads across multiple stages on the venue's grass turf, packing in a mix of alternative, punk, hardcore and metal music spanning old-school heritage acts and newer names in the scene.

Beyond the music, the festival grounds turn into a full-on action sports showcase, with extreme sports demonstrations running throughout the day alongside Freak Show Wrestling. A food truck village lines the park for anyone needing a break between sets, and lifestyle vendors set up shop for browsing between stages. The Rockstars of Tomorrow Stage gives a local band competition winner a shot at playing alongside the festival's bigger acts, adding a homegrown element to the day.

With its outdoor setting inside Desert Breeze Park, the festival has room to spread out - multiple stages, open grass, and enough space for skaters, wrestlers and metalheads to share the same afternoon without stepping on each other's toes.
