Sixty floors up, with the whole Strip laid out below, Circa's Legacy Club rooftop turns into a Western pop-up shop during NFR week. The idea is simple: browse handmade goods and boutique Western labels like Rodeo Quincy, DiG Design 1968 and Rancher Hat Bar, all set up against floor-to-ceiling views of the city. There's a DJ keeping things moving, cocktails with a Western twist in hand, and enough space to actually wander between vendors without feeling crowded.

It's a nice change of pace from the usual rodeo hustle down on the ground — a chance to shop for hats, leather goods and other curated finds while catching some fresh air (well, rooftop air) above the neon. Entry doesn't cost anything, so it's an easy stop to make part of a day out during Vegas' cowboy season.
