Jakob Nowell brings his band The Castle to the stage at Backstage Bar & Billiards, the rock 'n' roll haunt tucked into the Fremont East District. As the son of Sublime's Bradley Nowell, Jakob carries forward a sound steeped in that same laid-back, SoCal-meets-reggae energy, filtered through his own songwriting and style with The Castle backing him up.

The venue itself sets the mood right, with its pool tables, dive-bar grit, and a stage that's hosted plenty of touring acts passing through downtown Vegas. Expect a loose, intimate setting where the music takes center stage and the crowd is close enough to feel every riff.
