San Diego Seals

The San Diego Seals are a professional box lacrosse team competing in the National Lacrosse League (NLL), representing San Diego, California. As one of the league's West Coast franchises, the Seals bring the fast-paced, physical action of indoor lacrosse to fans, combining elements of hockey, basketball, and traditional field lacrosse into a high-scoring, arena-based spectacle.

Box lacrosse games featuring the Seals are known for their rapid transitions, hard-hitting defense, and acrobatic scoring plays, all set within the close confines of an indoor arena that puts fans right on top of the action. The team has built a dedicated local following since joining the NLL, offering San Diego sports enthusiasts a unique alternative to the area's more traditional sports offerings.
