The LINQ

The High Roller

550 feet up, 30 minutes around, the whole valley below.

The High Roller is the 550-foot observation wheel at the heart of The LINQ Promenade, and for a decade it was the tallest of its kind in the world. Twenty-eight spherical glass cabins rotate continuously through a single 30-minute revolution: you board while the wheel is moving, and it never stops.

The view is the reason to go, and it changes completely depending on when you ride. Daytime shows you the whole valley and the mountains ringing it. After dark you get the Strip's full length lit up beneath you, from the Sphere and Resorts World in the north down to Mandalay Bay. Cabins hold up to 40 people, so a shared ride is genuinely shared. The Happy Half Hour cabin is 21+ and comes with an open bar and a smaller crowd.

Tickets are cheaper before 5:00 PM. The wheel sits at the end of the Promenade's bar and restaurant strip, which makes it easy to fold into an evening rather than plan a trip around.
