Thursday nights at Ghostbar mean DJ Monstr behind the booth, spinning tracks 55 stories above the Las Vegas Strip on that famous outdoor patio. Doors open at 9pm, and the early part of the night comes with Ketel One vodka cocktails for $10 until 11pm, a nice way to settle in while the city lights spread out below in every direction, from the Strip to Red Rock to Downtown.

As midnight approaches, DJ Monstr runs a costume contest, adding a bit of competition and spectacle to the usual mix of dancing and skyline-gazing. The combination of panoramic views, open-air lounge seating, and a crowd dressed for the occasion makes this one of the more visually striking ways to spend a Thursday night in the city.
