Halloween 2026 falls on a Saturday, which is the best draw the holiday can get here. A midweek Halloween splits the city's attention across two half-committed weekends; a Saturday one turns Thursday, October 29 through Sunday, November 1 into a single long costume party, and nearly every room in town books for it.
The nightclubs treat it as one of the two biggest nights of their year — the other is New Year's Eve — and they book accordingly. TAO Nightclub runs Halloween Weekend across the whole stretch, with Justin Credible behind the decks on the 31st, and the dayclubs keep it going into Sunday, when Brooke Evers closes the weekend at Marquee. Costume contests with real prize money are the norm, and so is selling out well before the night itself.
If a ball suits you better than a club, the Sin City Halloween Ball takes over The Theater at Virgin Hotels on Halloween night. Downtown runs darker and cheaper: Thriller Halloween Party at 24 Oxford on the 30th and Night of the Dead at Fremont Country Club on the 31st are a short walk apart.
The showrooms lean in too. Melody Sweets and Michael Grimm's A Night of Souls both play Myron's Cabaret Jazz, Haunted Headliners takes The Space, and Julian Miranda's Scary-O-Key stacks a costume contest on top of a karaoke night at the Composers Room.
The ordinary calendar doesn't step aside for any of it, either. Halloween night alone has Doja Cat at T-Mobile Arena, Mary J. Blige at Dolby Live, Jodeci at the Pearl and Bryan Adams at Encore Theater, plus Martin Garrix opening the day at Marquee — with the resident shows running their usual schedules around all of it.
This guide is early. Most of October's one-off parties are announced in the four weeks before the holiday, and they land here as they do, so check back through the month.
