Mötley Crüe

Mötley Crüe is an American heavy metal band that emerged from the Sunset Strip scene in 1981, quickly becoming synonymous with the excess, spectacle, and rebellion of the glam and sleaze metal era. Known for their raw hard rock sound fused with theatrical, larger-than-life stage presence, the band helped define the hair metal movement of the 1980s alongside acts like Mötley Crüe's own notorious contemporaries. Their music spans glam metal, heavy metal, hard rock, and sleaze rock, earning them a reputation as one of the wildest and most influential bands of their generation.

Beyond the music, Mötley Crüe built a legacy on outrageous live shows, chart-topping albums, and a notorious off-stage history that became the stuff of rock legend, chronicled in their best-selling memoir "The Dirt." After decades of massive arena tours and a storied career marked by both triumph and turmoil, the band has remained active, reuniting for performances since 2019 and continuing to draw devoted fans eager to relive the sound and spectacle that made them icons of hard rock.
